Seated way over in the corner. Ordered fried Mac and Cheese as an appetizer, got breaded fried mushrooms. Waitress insisted they weren't mushrooms. Ordered a steak well done. Got a rare steak. At this point, we paid and left. Will never go back again. The Outback in Somerville was wonderful though.
Thought it would be a better experience because it was Veterans Day and they were honoring veterans but Outback didn't do much to honor us....
Absolutely amazing! Great food, great service provided by our wonderful, friendly, helpful and personal server name Joyce! She truly made us feel value. We had a party of five. We dine at the Randolph location. Everyone was very nice and had smiling faces. However, Joyce exceeded all expectations in regards to personal caring service! She is a beautiful person with a warm welcoming personality!
Keep coming back bkz i like the food. However this place has the some of the worst service. Never get a refill on water ever. Food is cold.
Our waitress was great the food was amazing. Everyone is kind from the moment you walk in the door. We had prime rib, chicken and unlimited shrimp, and the steak quesadillas. For dessert we enjoyed a skillet cookie.
