To start off with, the only food they offer is pizza... And what fantastic Pub pizzas they are! Perfect size, perfectly crispy edges, well seasoned toppings. Next, the drinks are incredibly cheap, and much smaller than you would normally expect. While some may see this as a downside, I saw this as an opportunity to try new things I hadn't tried before. All pores are measured, which does make things take a little longer, but still worth the wait. Lastly, the staff is incredibly friendly and eager to strike up a conversation. 5/5 stars

My husband was born in Holbrook in 1942 so he was 7 when the Lynwood opened. He's been eating there all his life a d he hasn't had a bad pizza yet! We live on the Cape now and stop there every time we are anywhere nearby! He likes his pizza laced and crispy but I order mine the regular way and we always get what we want.

The barroom style pizza is far and away the best of it's kind. I'd even make the claim that it's the best pizza I've ever had. I order from here every Friday night and eat a bare minimum 1 full pizza (they're relatively small - 10 inch I think? To be fair, an entire pizza is still hardly acceptable, but I wanted to be clear that I wasn't mashing a large pie by my lonesome). The drinks are super cheap, and the environment is very friendly/homey.

Down home local place to get your personal size pizzas. The kids love it. I like the Boston Baked bean special - beans, chopped onion and salami.. yum.. the kids love pumping quarters into the classic bowling game.

My favorite bar pizza. Other places may have more options but Lynwood is still my favorite pizza. Simple bar and restaurant that hasn't changed since I was a kid. They still have the same bowling machine. It's cash only but you won't need much since the pizzas are under 10 bucks each.

The only thing I would say is, because the pizza is SO good, there's usually an hour and a half or so wait on weekend nights if you're ordering out.
