The food here is alright. They hardly answer the phone but when they do it is an awful experience. I went here once and I waited in line for 20 minutes when I was the only one in line. They had 4 people working and no one took my order. Overall decent food, horrible service
The manager of this shop is fabulous. He truly cares about putting out a good product. Employees are friendly and service is great.
When I went to grab my sandwiches off the counter I grabbed it by the bag and it ripped wide open and fell to the ground. Without hesitation the manager Angela started remaking the sandwich even though it was my fault I dropped them. Neither her nor the cashier (sorry I don't remember her name) would accept a tip or anything. Oh and the sandwich was great! Thank you again!
Horrible service. Stood waiting over 10 min to place an order. Finally ordered took almost half an hour to get it. The whole time in the store phone ringing off the hook, never answered. Staff complaining that people should take the hint, that the phone wouldn't be answered. Male employee being insulting and degrading towards women. Take my 2 subs home and one is wrong! Will never go back to this location.
Stopped in to grab food for work. Pretty quick time out for only having a cashier on and the manager on the grill.
