Not a clean table in the place. Out of many selections of soft drinks. But, last time I went it wasn't so bad.
Paid for an order.They forgot to give me my burger. The manager refused to give me my burger because they didn't give me a receipt. They lost me as a customer
i'm an evening customer as my boyfriend and I both work late and are usually too tired to cook. We used to wait in the line for 20+ minutes, but it's been a lot better lately. I go here about once a week between 11 PM and 1 AM. Almost every time I go I ask for chili and they don't have it. There's never an apology either.. I worked in fast food for awhile so I'm very understanding. But why do you stop selling a main menu item 2-3 hours before closing? Wouldn't it be easier to just not wrap up the chili station and not deal with annoyed customers for the rest of the night? And I swear to god if one more girl at the window sucks her teeth and narrows her eyes at me when I ask a simple question, I'm gonna pounce through the window.
Decent food and location. I always feel like I'm walking in a back alley with dumpsters walking into Wendy's. Why are there no windows? Did their architect build bomb shelters?
This restaurant is absolutely horrible . The customer service is horrible . The employers are very disrespectful and they have no manners. It’s so nasty there . No one wears gloves . The manager was counting money with her bare hands and then she began making my fries . That’s so gross, honestly this place should be shut down . I definitely would not recommend coming here. I am so mortified and disgusted in this restaurant, in Randolph. I will be e-mailing the inspector of Wendy’s.
