I've been renting from Public Storage for a few months now. The customer service with Stephenielee is always amazing! She is always smiling and willing to help in any way she can. The day I was moving, I realized the unit I originally chose was too small. She helped switch me into a bigger unit that day with no problems! Thanks Stephenielee! The facility is always clean and its very secure with codes needed to access every entrance. Also this Public Storage location is reasonably priced compared to other storage facilities in the area and closer to Boston. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a place to store your belongings.
Alex was my representative for my appointment and was extremely helpful. He was very professional even though the facility was definitely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon and he was trying to help everyone quickly. The facility is clean and climate controlled which is nice.
When we moved in the gentleman on duty was so accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to helpus out.
I believe his name was Alex. If not, the gentleman who worked on November 9, 2017 til close.
I visited this Public Storage facility today to check out a storage room and the cost. I was greeted pleasantly and helped by a young woman named Sammi who was very helpful. She took my information and then promptly showed me a the storage area. It was clean, neat and dry. All inside and climate controlled. I did not need the space immediately but I will definitely rent at this facility in the near future. Excellent!
Customer friendly staff( Stephenielee) walked me through the entire process, showed me my unit and suggested ways to protect my items while in storage. Highly Recommended!
