Their knowledge of cars and what it takes to keep them on the road and running smoothly is always up to date. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and always happy to answer any questions you might have. In other words, BC Auto is simply the best!

I was having an issue starting my car, it would not turn over. Every person that looked at it stated that it was the starter or the alternator. But that didn't make sense to me because it would start sometimes and then just stop. AAA recommended that I take my car to BC. AAA dropped the car off while they were still closed and I received a call right when they opened with an estimate of $50 for diagnostics. By early afternoon, I received a call indicating the car was fixed and it was a fuse that needed to be replaced and the total balance was $55.55. I was able to pay for the repair over the phone and my car was waiting for me when I got out of work. Excellent customer service and I am so happy that I don't have to worry any more!
