Had a weird problem with a car and they did what they could to find the problem. They seemed to be determined to get things fixed and the admin was very friendly and helpful. Only problem is that they charged a steep hourly rate and they could've been a bit better at keeping my wife and I in the loop day to day

Some of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics you will find in the business. They always do great work and explain everything thoroughly to you afterwards. They will never do work that is not necessary (they have saved me a few times when a different quote from another shop said more needed to be done) but the parts they use are always quality and effective. I cannot recommend the folks at williams automotive enough!
